Sustainability Program

Program Highlights

1. Fabric Recovery & Recycling: Flexible collection methods: bulk super-sacks for Iow-to-moderate volumes or on-site baling for higher-density, lower-transport cost solutions.

2. Verified Diversion: Weight-tracked materials, chain-of-custody records, and Certificates of Diversion for reporting and audits.

3. True Landfill Avoidance: recovered materials serve as alternative fuel/mineral feed at a cement kiln, supporting circular-economy practices.

Delivering Quality While

Protecting Our Planet

The FPS Recovery & Recycling Program provides a turnkey, auditable pathway to recover used printed fabrics and graphics from trade shows and events. The goal is to divert these materials from landfill and document outcomes through clear, weight-verified reporting. The program scales to different volumes and operational setups, ensuring an accessible path for any organization seeking to improve sustainability performance.

Two collection methods are available: bulk super-sack collection or on-site baling that allows users to match their footprint, staff capacity, and material volume. Each method streamlines material handling from collection to pickup while minimizing disruption to existing warehouse workflows.

Recovered materials are transported and delivered to a cement kiln that accepts designated waste streams as alternative fuel and mineral feed. This process supports energy recovery while eliminating landfill disposal. All downstream logistics, acceptance criteria, and documentation are handled by the FPS/Brumark team.

Every load is tracked through a chain-of-custody process, including weigh tickets, manifests, and delivery confirmations. Certificates of Diversion, along with optional quarterly reports, offer verified data for sustainability reporting, Scope 3 tracking, and audit readiness.

Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a recovery pathway that is both operationally simple and environmentally responsible. Our team manages the full journey. From supplying collection materials, to coordinating transportation, and ensuring acceptance at the cement kiln, we track everything so clients can focus on their core business while meeting sustainability goals.

This program is designed to be transparent, verifiable, and adaptable. By offering clear documentation, reliable logistics, and flexible collection options, we help organizations turn post-show waste into measurable environmental progress.
